Another Crush
The first sight at someone brings up a lot of judgment about the same. But long-term interaction is the only way to get to know someone. If you talk about Indian scenario, at the time of outing, attending the wedding or roaming around; boys eyesight catches a lot of faces and conversation begin from then on. Yeah! I am talking about girls. The manhood nature of adult life is most of judgment and imagination. Either it is for college guy or lone people. If we go one step ahead there is a glass break on our imagination which one is depends upon both side approach.
There is a new girl in my life. My first glance at her was the same like another girl. Not much expectation according to my previous experiences. But when things went further, I got proved wrong and this incident forced to write about her. She is very proud of the things she does and it is always the combination of judgment and her efforts. Every day you come across her face, you got encounters with her expressive smile and she often looks back at in the expectation of cracking something about anything. The best part is that she is the drama queen and takes only joy segment of the conversation in another term she is mastikhor(Naughty). The simplicity of her heart makes every awe stuck because her words are true and valid at the same time. She does not care what suppose to happen but taking part what's going on.

District 9
Alien ship
is hanged in the air. Everyone is eyeing on it with curiosity. Humanity,
opportunity and advantage came together at single place. Expressing humanity to
give message to world that we are more than ourselves. Gangster looks at weapon
and try to seize them without knowing functionality. As we move ahead, same
humanity changed into taking advantage. It was interesting to see body structure
of aliens. They were same with different life style and technology. They were
scattered in re- accommodation and treatment with them was inhuman. Their behavior
was interrogative. The interesting part came when a human started turned into
like them and authority sees it as opportunity to know more about alien and
their weapon. Now Right vs Wrong. The leader was careful with his family and
people. He disagreed with going alone to his planet. With fight and all, they
got their destination.
The director
made gangster funny as ever. They keep trading with alien and got all stuff
from them like fools. “I want to become
like you” “from where did you get this hand?”
Well! Everything
is unexpected and does make you to drop single interest to watching.

E-commerce Spins Customers.
Sam Walton
said “There
is only one boss. The Customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from
on down by simply by spending his money to somewhere else.”
No doubt
about significant importance of his statement and companies do not leave a
chance to pretend to follow same. Existence of any companies is depended on their
customers. They are first one from whom they get started earning. But in
practical manner caring about customer is seen in only at early stages. As
empire grows, this thing vanishes slowly. Especially at online platform.
Being an
Indian customer, I expect some accountability from online platform and so
sellers. In last few days there are many cases where customer is hanged in
between at ecommerce giants like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart.
One of my friend
bought iPhone from Amazon and after using 10 days, it stopped working.
A chaiwala bought
TV from Snapdeal. And they delivered it with broken display.
In case of
flipkart same case happened like Amazon.
In all three
cases, if customer calls to company they say we are not responsible for this it
is sellers’ fault. If customer go to product’s company, they say it is
authorized purchase and we won’t entertain this.
Customer is
hanged in between and it becomes worse when someone invests big amount.
Ecommerce
giants are making themselves a market place where anyone can sell with few
steps. And sellers sell product under respective brand. Sellers do sell product
without concerning customer. I think that they are mistaken and in the end no
one is going to get affected except brand image. It will lead to suspicious approach
to online.
In a news
interview customer, AIB co-founder Tanmay said “when companies come to us,
their top most concern is to make video which gets maximum view and we feel
that some of them just think that their customer are dumb and want marketing
with mixing our brand at Youtube channels.
Same thing
was happening in China but another electronic ecommerce startup took care of
customer and now it is a leading brand and growth is quite significant.
Anyhow all
three of them have reached to billions of dollars valuation and growing where
most of customer choose offline purchase except tier-1 cities. At least there
is a consumer court.

Social Media is popularizing you.
Social media like Twitter, Quora, Instagram Pinterest and many others made people realize the value of their thoughts, Beauty, and senses. It gives them a platform where they expose themselves and people shows their interest in it. It helps people to make the recognition.
Yes, I am talking about the “Followers” feature on social media. People are using it for exposing themselves and making aware self about how better they are than others. It tells them how powerful and influential they are with their online social strength and how fast they can spread the words. The difference between online and offline platform is online is a bigger platform where you can show your thoughts and work to several people at the single point of time and that can be viewed forever. The offline platform does not give you the opportunity for unlimited audience and you need to engage yourself in it. Even though some people with genuine ideas and work could not impact it effectively but some other geeks do it with efficiency. The difference is of presentation in words. Yeah! As an offline platform, you need the skill to speak same as you need the skill to write on the online platform.

Another Blood Donation
When you do something in the state of half maturity just because newspaper tells you that this is a good thing. You and everyone should do it and it does not harm you. “No Harming” looks better for trying new things.
6/14/15 A of part of the day was spent in Maharaja Yashwantrao Hospital Indore. It was a very different experience in any hospital I ever visited so far. Maybe because it is my first visit to the government hospital. Well! Local public is more aware of that and I would like to skip it.
I aim to visit that hospital to Donate the Blood. At the blood bank, there were many who seeking blood for their patient relatives. The blood bank has a policy that either you purchase blood from outside or bring someone who donates the blood. If the requirement of blood group is different then they will store it and will give you needy blood.
In a blood bank, it was the first time when someone asked me for my blood and I said yes. Just helped him in complicated procedure and got back home. It feels good to know about people to whom you are giving your blood. So far it was secret blood donation.

Hope is a Worst Thing Ever.
Shawshank Redemption said, “hope is a good thing, maybe the best one”. In the real world of mine, I think this is the suckiest thing ever. And I would make it associated with luck. I hope something in future respective. First time denied second time denied and each time it is the same for past two years. Would you believe in such sort of which does not even take a glance at you for a very very long time? Such hopes make you miserable. Frustration owned you. A smile runs away from the face. People tag you with differently (I don’t give a shit about them). It makes you lose your focus. It makes your mind empty. Sometimes you feel your existence is invisible, even to yourself.
Yes, it is hell a lot. No hope is good. You do not stick at one thing and you keep moving on. You can learn a hell lot of things. Most of all it let you live your life. No hope, No plan (just trying practically these days) makes you spontaneous. More similar to college life.

Eco-friendly Plastic Road
The headline of this article must have put you in a dilemma that what I am talking about. Whenever ordinary people talk about road construction in term of concrete or dammar which one we use to go from one place to another by bike, bus or own vehicle.
The Man Behind
A chemistry professor, Mr. Vasudevan, at Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai discovers a new technology where he partially used plastic to bitumen technology. These plastics are collected from water bottles, chips wrapper and daily thrown out to the garbage. India produces 15000 tons of plastic garbage daily and it a way out to recycle waste plastic material. The patent of this technology was registered in the name of the college. Mode of the contracting road can be called Plastic-aggregate-bitumen Technology.
Recently, the same technology has been by Jamshedpur Utility and Services Company (JUSCO) to build new roads and widening existing road in Jamshedpur.
Advantage
· The 15% plastic of the total material which is cheaper than the rest raw material. Which makes the whole infrastructure project cheaper.
· Not much maintenance with higher longevity.
· No need of additional technical knowledge or any large investment.
· Reuse of nonrecyclable (Almost impossible) and unwanted resource.
· Water resistant, proper binding, Higher softening point.
· Bearable high temperature and pressure.
· No toxic revelation.
· Most important, eco-friendly.
Unseen Benefits
If this technology we use in major road construction then spread out thrash around garbage bin will be vanished and the place will be cleaner which prevent the population from disease. Cost of scientific recycling will be saved. Open blaze to plastic which emits various dangerous hydrocarbon gases will vanish.
Potential of Online Jewellery in India
Today, Indian customer are being dynamic in 21st
century and are choosing various ways for their purchases. At same time major
segment of Indian consumers believe in touch and check before they buy. They
become more cautious when they buy highly priced commodity like jewellery but
in past few years, they showed their appetite towards these category.
Online Jewellery Market

other category. In March 2013, India’s jewellery market size is worth around
RS. 251,000 Cr. Market percentage of online jewellery shopping is less than 1%
around 1200 Cr. By 2018, companies are expecting a market size would be double

policy and attraction of investment in the industry. Imitation jewellery market
has a significant role in numbers. In 2013, it marked at 8000Cr and expected to
grow to 15000Cr in coming 2-3 years.
Major Player in
Industry
In jewellery industry, most of the customers make purchase
after they touch and check. Companies are attracted to online selling because
of less operation cost. Jewelers from SMB use big eCommerce player such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Ebay

GeraldOnline (UK based) etc. are setting up their legs in the market.

In India, purchasing jewellery is occasional and
most of the time it takes place during weddings. Buying gold on Festival such

In jewellery market, the biggest challenge is to

sale led down by 24% due change in government policies. At online platform,
Indian customers are very cautious while buying with big amount. In this case,
trust major issue. Companies are adapting the dynamic process to reach customer
where they provide customer care services and make 2-3 round of communication
before making deal to take place. Other one challenge is to maintain their
brand image and prevent customer to interact with fraud. The imitation
jewellery is approximate 2% in India which generally motivated by Bollywood and
daily soap opera.
Expert’s
views
Overall,
companies are looking positive for online market growth. Success behind this growth is rendered due to
making business customer oriented. Anupam Mittal, an internet entrepreneur says
"These companies solve a pressing
problem and the market is large enough to seed several successful companies."
Gaurav Kushwaha, co-founder of Bengaluru-based BlueStone, says "Pricing and discounts aren't drivers of jewellery sales online, we have
spent years detailing features, improving the display and design of products we
sell online’’." Gitanjali’s chairman Mehul Choksi says “Indian consumers prefer to touch and feel
the jewellery before buying, but the change in consumer behaviour will happen
quite fast, We have tied up with all the major online platforms and we are
always looking for more tie-ups.
India
has the third largest base of internet users in the world numbered to 243.1M
but it is far behind in online purchase. In 2014, google stated that India has
35M online shoppers, less than 15% of all internet users. In 2013, Indian
online retail market was $12.3 billion, while at the same time, the online
jewellery market was $200M. In India,
most of jewellery shoppers are women and out of the total women population 8.4%
are online and this figure poised to grow significantly in coming years. Indian
jewellery market is women centric and its witness real growth.

Who I am
I am JJ
I am a writer
I am a roommate
I am a singer
I am a Hindu
I am jobless
I am a dreamer
Things written above must be meaningful when you ask yourself who I am. We all have multiple qualities, beliefs, social, expertise, relationship, skills and other identities and in the same order, our mindset function in accordance to our inclination. It depends on your brain, which clicks different identities at a time and visualizes them. Sometimes these answers are satisfactory because we do not look it that way means we relate it our ability to do something professionally, academically or in another way. Often it rises when you stick to something for a long time, neither succeeds nor get rid of. Some online websites make it funny making your cartoon image or give you result in percentage by asking some question and it raises your frustration. So what? What could be the appropriate or satisfactory answer for that?
In terms of the outcome of ability there no such specific answer can be derived until you keep working on that with passions and become one or move on what you are doing. This one is the hardest part to decide either work hard more or move on. I am too still working on this. Problem indicates our identity crisis. If you are not getting any sort of result, one thing I can say for sure that people should not stop learning. Not learning is the worst part of life.

first experience of Unity in Diversity
That was the first time when I entered south with my father and uncle to get admission in NIT Calicut from central India. My first expression was “am I in another country” (yes! I was wrong). When central India was burning in summer, Calicut was drenched and dark clouds were moving in the sky. There was everything different; people, cloths language, accent, buses, auto, building, shops, weather and other uncommon from my native state. Then something strikes to my mind that we study as part of education “Diversity in India”. And it was the first time when I was experiencing it. As an immature person, my excitement rose with 900 slopes with respect to time to run into local socialites. (And I forget about my first ever entry in college). So how would you differentiate between two different countries? Must by their culture, traditions or tongue. All three were different, but even after this diversity huge diversity, still, we knotted in single. Truly, we have “Unity in diversity”.

Blog It in My Way.
You are following someone who does blogging daily and trying to do the same makes you realize that how difficult it is to assemble the thoughts in such a manner to give maximum expression of your thinking. My imagination lies in real life experience with people who are associated with me in various ways being friend, traveler, roommate, family and many others. The best part when you meet a stranger. In this particular case either you will be too judgmental or completely empty mind depends upon personality. The first attraction is their look, then their work and sometimes their values in life. Usually, I travel by train and different class of people gives you a different experience. So far most valued conversation I found in general bogie. It broke my illusion about people’s thinking vary with class (Yeah! It’s ridiculous). Having a conversation with strangers excites me in which we talk about ourselves and you discover “Hell yeah! I am good at it”. At the same time, they make you realize that how far behind you are from the existing world.

Non-Celebratory Family
In the family, everyone seeks occasion to celebrate. For most of us, these occasions are rare can be counted on the fingers. It generally includes anniversaries, birthdays. For my family, such things have zero importance. Pre-generation of mine does not even remember their birthdays and their children, including me continuously seek which they carelessly pretend. It shocked me once when I wished my uncle for his birthday and he confirms with me the day when he was borne. Some of them tell about the occasion in Vikram Samvat which is rarely used these days except pundits. I am 23 now and in the last few years we started their involvement and eradicating their non-celebratory attitude. These things make them happy when the whole family come together and interact with each other.

Power of Stories.
Story…… I am not talking about the film script that you might think of. Yeah! I won’t deny, it is part of it. Actually, we are surrounded by people who keep talking and most of it is what they have done and what happened to someone. From child to adult to the old man. Each and every one share their stories of the day, life, and any other thing.
If someone got ditched, a story circulates in the whole campus at least for 2-3 days. If someone proposed someone, yeah! It will take more than a while. And if they get married, the story runs for a lifetime. Someone creates stories from now where. Someone’s imagination enough to entertain you 2 hours. And an older man tells you about their experiences Storied is just another bunch of experience, Imagination, emotion, creativity and a lot.
Do you remember the Archimedes principle or Pythagoras theorem, for a while, you need to strike it down. Or you do not remember it. And now if I ask you to narrate “Twinkle Twinkle” poem. Your response would be spontaneous. Now the question is when you put all your effort to memorize something by heart and wrote it down many times, why are you not able to deliver the same thing in the specific span? On the other hand, that little poem strikes you quickly and brings smiles to your lips. The difference between the two cases is your Imagination. You remember the scene of movies and spontaneously spot it if it copied in other movies. You read a novel and you remembered it for a lifetime without recalling it.
Same things happen in real life incident. Your college memories exist in the brain and in no time, you start recalling them you meet college a friend without any force. An entrepreneur or leader tells their journey in the form of stories.
Stories also leave a mark on our own life. Sudha Murthy’s novel inspires someone to quit dowry asked by his father. “hamara dil aapke paas hai” movie inspired someone to marry a window. “Swades” movie inspired many Indians to quit the highly paid job in the US and to improve India’s basic amenity needs.

Why did I join Blogger?
What you’re reading happens to be my 7th Blog
post. I started this rubbish machine of a blog about a few months ago and have
been gradually drawn to sharing more of myself which I could not tell to anyone
but still something in me tells I have to people, no matter if they anonymous.
I like to believe that I have an eye which see same things like other but their
reactions are different. These reaction either you keep in your memory (that’s
sucks) or just spit it to someone, you meet. Sometimes, you want to erase them for
lifetime. I remarkably observed that no one is interested what you do in your
life and for strange one, who the hell care about. Well, it doesn't make me
blogger. I think that Blogger is a place where people consider themselves as a
writer and they do not need validation. On daily basis, you can’t (actually no
one) make 5000 character by self. Being a human, everyone has limitation. For a
writer, it’s Imagination. Literally, not each one can understand your
imagination. It has variation in genres. Being funny or serious.
Basically, it moves from words to article to book with speed
of snail and this frustration leads me to Twitter, Facebook or Quora. One bounce
to another. And finally on blogger.

Company Decides to use Job Applicants as Subscriber
An unknown company decided to use their job applicant’s
emails as subscriber to reach out more people to tell about the company’s
services.
After visiting the company’s HR department real truth came
out. In a conversation CEO said “we have a culture in which all employees of
all departments get together and discuss the growth of their functional area
every week over a round table. When our HR executives were revealing statics
about their department, Marketing manager shocked”. Actually, we had more than 1000 applicants for
each post and it was almost equal to our email subscription.
Well, it was embarrassing for a marketing manager. On another
meet. One employee asked that “why can’t we use these applicant contacts as a subscription?”
For everyone, it sounded weird but then he explained the logic behind. “If
someone is interested to work with us then definitely he/she likes what we do
and this is why people subscribe to our services.”
For Founding team, his explanation looked good and they gave
it green flag for approval as company’s tradition. This approval saved the job
of marketing manager and achieved target first time his career.
Decision leaked out when job applicant, who was waiting for
company’s call for his application status; Started getting promotional mails in
his inbox with detailed of all products of the company. His Illusion broke out
when same thing continued over two weeks and he marked it as spam.

Engineer Job Seeker Demand to Not Kick his Ass in an Indian Startup company.
An engineer job seeker, who is looking for a start-up to begin his career, left hope while everyone is offering to work with the kick-ass team. In a conversation, he said, “If my colleague keeps kicking my ass, then my focus to be on my ass rather than my work.”
In the first economic budget, New Indian government seemed to support startups which contribute to job creation and boost Indian economy.
Jobseeker said, “in startups, I was looking for a new adventure which makes me learn dot to dot and understanding of customer satisfaction. “. In another question, he responded “I do aware of kicking ass in my engineering, so-called GPL. At midnight of birthday, some friends come with the gift of GPL as a remembrance of the newly started year of life and give you pain for at least 2-3 days. The intensity of that pain is much that you can’t sit, you can’t walk and you curse yourself that why the hell I did celebrate my birthday.
In an explanation by a startup company, “There is some glitch in understanding the objectives of career page. We must not kick our employer asses. Our aim to make them realize that what kind of quality service we want to provide”
After the clarification of all his doubts, candidate seems to satisfy and agree to work with Indian startup.

Current Scenario of Reservation System in India
Recently, in India, there was buzz about Dr. B. R. Ambedkar,
Father of Indian constitution at 14th April. It is late but great
that we started to celebrate our legacy instead running after western culture
due to new Indian government.
The one of the most discussed part in India is “Reservation”
regarding Indian constitution. Reservation
is extra privileges is given based on caste. The aim of the reservation was to
create a society where all sources and opportunity must be available equally
for all, economically and with social stand. At the time independence, there
was a large gap between citizen’s social and economic power and social and
instructive position for underprivileged communities. The scenario was such
matured behavior as untouchability, banned from temple existed. So, in a consequence of reform, Dr. Ambedkar
proposed “Reservation” in Indian constitution of India.
From ancient time, the Indian population is divided into
four categories based on their karma. Kshatriya (soldier), Vaishya
(businessman) Brahman (priest) and Shudra. Most respected is Kshatriya and
lowest honored is Shudra.
Indian constitution divided census into four categories
(caste). General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule
Tribe (ST). And they gave reservation to OBC, ST, and SC. This casting has been
defined by birth same as ancient method. The reservation was given in
education, government jobs and political career with excessive facility. Indian
constitution made arrangement in such that central and state government can
promote reservation separately. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of India said, however,
this reservation can be exceeded more than 50%. Current scenario of reservation
in India.
Caste
|
Reservation
Percentage
|
OBC
|
27%
|
ST
|
7.5%
|
SC
|
15%
|
In a newly founded constitution,
there was provision that these arrangements will be reviewed periodically and
changes will be made (of course in decrement). Yes, it was reviewed many times,
but not a single time it was decreased, which means that the reservation was
not fulfilling its objective or there was more politics of vote bank which one
is more than 33%. The reservation was only for 10 years after independence,
extended each time in political interest by working government.
After looking mood of motion,
other communities are coming forward to have reservation backed by their vote
bank. Massive movement of Gurjer in Rajasthan for reservation can be not
forgotten. In 2014 Vidhan-Sabha election, Gurjer voted party at promise of having
a significant state reservation in Rajasthan. A Muslim has kept demanding
reservation for many years and government spending crores to pleasing them,
which is a violation of the Indian constitution too. Maharashtra Government made
a reservation for Marathi people in private jobs to collect at least some vote.
Well, even after more than 60
years of independence, do we really needs such reservation policies? No, I
don’t think so, nor you should. I am not saying that a significant part of the
population does not need reservations. Yes! They do, but which people? If we analyzed,
reviewed data, we will find our right candidates. Basis of caste for the
reservation does not even look okay. At the same time we need to identify what amount
of extra privilege should be given.
There are many people from
general category who does have talent, but doesn’t have the resources to
fulfill their dreams. Same as people from reservation category, don’t even know
the benefits of these things. In which, education plays, creative role, gives
maturity of their thinking and how to use it. In this race, some dreams have
been buried and it is continuous.
The objectives of the caste based
reservation had been accomplished. The new scenario is different. Literate
India does not give response to untouchability or anything else which makes another
one feels small based on their caste. Complexity of reservation is very high
and it won’t be a big deal if reviewing policy properly placed without any
political influence.

The Way India Travels in Bus
Firstly, I want to introduce myself. I am Jj and I belong to
the small town of Madhya Pradesh in India. It is a place where people either
use the bus or own vehicle for traveling to nearby cities for business and
mostly health checkup. People use carrier for transportation. I use the bus
from Rajasthan and MP.
This system, this
how did that for travelling in a bus, you need pay and buy a ticket. No matter
which bus you are on, government or private. Paid money from traveler goes to
bus owner which is used for fuel bus maintenance, conductor and driver’s
salary. This management looks good and fair for everyone, right.
If we talk about profit, Private Businessmen
surely make money and this is only why he is doing the business, But for the
government, this is not about only making profit, it’s much more giving service
to people who paying taxes and living in a particular state only. The doubt
comes when, after having greater traveler and high ticket price, the government
has losses and private one makes money.
Surely, there is
something wrong in between. All factors are same for government and private bus
except money submission. Money collection
takes O process. You pay for ticket and total collection data goes to
government and conductor submit money to the bus depot, from there, money goes
to respective ministry. The difference is people paying for what, bus ticket or
travelling. Bus ticket is recognition for government as a revenue source. Yes, I am questioning about accountability of
bus conductor and people. This thing works when conductor offers less price for
journey, but no ticket. Money goes in the pocket of conductor and customer satisfy
with saving. This transaction will not be recognized by government.
Do people not know
about this deal? They do, but in preservence of saving money option they do not
want to let go. As a result government does not get what they deserve and run
into losses always. They are interested in short term benefits than long term
and limited to themselves only. If I talk about government efforts to stop
this. They stalled flying in different places to check. But conductors’
communication is bonded in such a way that they keep updating each other.
As a result,
MPRSTC was shut down a few years ago and RSRTC is running somehow. Reason behind
MPRSTC shutting down that Private Bus owner done deal with the Politicians. At the
same time, there is a large percentage of Private Bus owner is politician only.
And of course huge loss. MPSRTC sold their buses to recover their losses. On the
other side RSRTC maintained standards.
We complain about government
functionality, but at some spot, we are responsible too for this. This is not
only in MP, India, but other parts of all over the world too. It is our own
accountability for the system, As a result, we will get world class road, more
comfortable bus etc. The condition applies no corruption.
